We are your custom work shop for all of your specialized needs. Bring in a picture or your creative ideas and lets make it happen! 

Jean Repair

We can handle all repairs, from zippers, knee holes, shredded bottoms, original hem, regular hem, chain stich hem using the 43200 "G", belt loops, pockets, buttons and more.

Vintage Levis

We also specialize in denim repairs modifications, alterations & custom jeans.  We are Levi purists.  We stock only Levi’s beside our own brand RUFCUT JEANS.  Specializing in 501, 517, 646, 684, Big E, Salvage (redlines), Jackets, shirts, & overalls.

Cut & Sew Shop

With over 30 years of experience,I consider jean making an art. Each jean is made with precession, passion and care on vintagenon-automated machines. With a dedication to detail Robert will inspire you into his workshop of jean-smiths.

Rufcut Jean Smith School

A new concept in the infancy stage. A one-hour class per week for people with the passion for denim.   Each class will go over a new sewing skill.

Cone Denim made here in N Carolina USA White Oak Mills 13.5 oz Salvage denim made on the same vintage looms Levi have used for over a century. Sugar Cane Denim, Japan 16oz vintage salvage denim and continuing to explore more denim resources.
